Event Medical provision isn’t just legislative requirement for events but is an integral part of your safety plan and can be the difference between your customers having a good or bad experience.
Our Aims
We aim to work with event organisers in the run up to their event to ensure all health and safety requirements are met and to provide patient centred care for anyone requiring medical attention during the event.
We provide cover for festivals, auditorium events, fireworks displays, nightclubs, sporting event such as triathlons, obstacle course races, rugby tournaments, football matches through to small community events. No matter the size or nature of your event we can provide you with experienced event medical staff.
Experienced Event Medical Team
All our Event Medical team are trained to the highest standards and hold Nationally recognised qualifications. They are all experienced in providing patient centred care and in working with other medical professionals in an efficient, and professional manner. Our staff receive regular training, in order to keep up to date with new techniques and practices. And as a minimum, all medical staff hold a current Level 3 First Response Emergency Care Qualification (FREC 3) with many of our team holding higher qualifications as well as being registered professionals such as nurses, paramedics and doctors. Their experience and knowledge are diverse and varies between providing medical care within the NHS, the military, lifeguarding and within the private medical sector.

We can tailor affordable packages to meet your event medical needs, whether you require basic First Responder cover or a Registered professional lead team. For us to quote for your event we will require the following information:
- Date and time
- Venue/location
- Nature of event
- Numbers attending/participating
- Any special requirements
Once we have this information, we can issue a quote based on staffing levels that are in line with current National guidelines.
